“I came away astounded by the art of the possible. Fifteen or so people demoed what they’d built in an hour, and some of the tools were genuinely impressive.”

Yuri YPrincipal Lead Product Designer, Clearscore

“I have to say I rarely give positive feedback. However, this workshop was absolutely incredible, I loved it. ”

Who it’s for

Senior+ product designers through to design leaders: leads, staff designers, managers and directors. From early-stage startups to established tech companies, and from AI-native teams to teams that are only starting out.

It makes most sense for you if your day-to-day role is about amplifying the impact of others.

How to apply

Morning places are not first come, first served. We read every application and approve a strong, varied group. We look at:

  • Your role. The morning is for senior+ designers and design leaders.
  • The mix. We want a range of backgrounds, and of companies from early-stage startups to big tech.
  • What you’ve built. Include a link to something you’ve made with AI. We prioritise the strongest examples.

We may record the welcome and the fireside chats for the podcast.
